Is Reliance digital CEO helpless with his Team ?

Return my money ASAP Rs 41670 .

Hi All,

Below is my store and experience with Reliance digital :

I have purchased 2 Ac’s with Reliance digital on 15/3/2017.

I have faced multiple problem with these AC’s from that date :

Below is list of problems :

1 ) AC Remote Sensor not working

2) Ac PCV got burned

3) AC cooling coil got burned

Each time , when I reported these problems to Reliance digital support Team , They took 6-7 days to visit my place .

This is list of issues that I faced with Reliance digital :

Problem 1 : Reliance digital Technician are not that much skilled. They call these seniors on phone for problems resolution . Some time they visit multiple time to resolve very small problem.

Problem 2: Reliance digital Team is not coordinating with Brands properly for any damaged parts. They are taking a lot of time to get replacement from respective Brands.

Problem 3: Store manager and customer representative issues:

Reliance digital store manager and customer representative are not customer oriented.   they are just interested in Sales. Once sale is done , no one care for the customer.

Problems 4: Finance Team : Reliance digital finance Team is doing  financial fraud at their end . They are not returning my money 41670 Rs for my retuned AC.


Please share your Experience with Reliance digital . I am creating a blog for these problems.
